Quiet Winter

Quiet Winter is an ambient post-rock band fronted by Canadian composer Brandon Garay. The project started after a workplace injury limited the use of his hands, and became a way of arranging ambient sound into something emotionally alive.

Soul Sleep (November 7, 2025) is their most personal record: songs from a North American tour, written after a motor vehicle accident interrupted their plans. At A Drone Evening they played improvised versions of tracks from Soul Sleep and Peppermint Tea.
