About ABEND

ABEND is a curatorial series dedicated to experimental and avant-garde music in Calgary, organized primarily by Hesam Ohadi. It began as a prelude to SLED × SET — the collaboration between Sled Island and Tehran’s SET Experimental Art Events — and continues as a home for instrumental, drone, electroacoustic, and related practices in unusual rooms.
